Invalid file parameters

Cloud Drive Mapper (CDM) can’t upload files with the following extensions, names, paths, and sizes to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online:

• Any files with the extension ".tmp".

• Any filenames starting or ending with "~".

• Any files named: ".lock", ".ds_store", "_vti_", "desktop.ini", or "Thumbs.db".

• "_vti_" can't appear anywhere in a file or folder name.

• Any reserved MS-DOS filenames: "CON", "PRN", "AUX", "NUL", "COM0 - COM9", "LPT0 - LPT9".

• "/forms" isn't supported as a file path when the folder is at the root level for a library.

• Any files that exceed 2097150926 kilobytes in size.

When you try uploading unsupported file extensions, names, paths, and sizes, you may not receive an error notification from CDM. However, CDM will not upload these to the cloud.
