The license information section displays the CDM license key associated with your organization, its status, and the number of days remaining until its expiry. Closed

Further details about your license are available in the License details panel, which opens when you select the information icon next to the days remaining indicator. Closed

Additionally, you can copy your license key, which is helpful when you need to provide it during CDM installation. Closed

Licensing options available to you include the following:

  • Trial: A 30-day trial license allows you to experience CDM firsthand, giving you a deeper insight into its features and the opportunity to assess whether it meets your needs and expectations. Once you map your first drive using your trial license, information related to the license appears in the license information section on the dashboard. For more information about your trial experience, see Get started with CDM.

  • Full: A full license allows you to use CDM for a fixed period, with the duration and the maximum number of users set at the time of purchase. You can increase or decrease the number of users and renew or extend the contract at any time during the fixed-term period.

License statuses

CDM licenses can have the following statuses:

Active

An Active license is a valid, full license that is currently in use. When an activelicense has 14 days or fewer remaining, the license information section shows a countdown to its expiration date. You can renew an active license that is about to expire by selecting Renew from the dropdown menu. A member of our sales team will reach out to you.

Trial

A Trial license is a temporary license intended for use during a limited evaluation period. Trial licenses are valid for 30-days. . At any point during your CDM trial, you can purchase an active license by Sales enquiry from the dropdown menu. A member of our sales team will reach out to you.

Expired

An Expired license refers to either a full license that was not renewed before its expiration date or a trial license that has reached its end date. You can renew an active or trial license that has expired by selecting Renew from the dropdown menu. A member of our sales team will reach out to you.
