After enabling debug logging, restart CDM and reproduce the issue you were experiencing. Once you’ve reproduced the issue, create a support package and send the latest log file to our support team. Following that, we recommend disabling debug logging as these logs grow quickly, consuming significant storage. To disable debug logging, remove Debug from the Value data: field in the Edit String dialog box and then restart CDM.
