Changing log levels

The default log level in a CDM log file is Info. However, you can change this via the Diagnostics menu in the CDM client. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Select from the system tray to open the Active drives window.

  2. Press CTRL on your keyboard, select simultaneously, then choose Diagnostics > Change log level followed by the desired log level.

  3. Set the duration for the selected log level. Available options include 1,24,48, and 72 hours.

  4. Select OK.

After the set duration expires, the log level resets to Info. You can also reset the log level to Info anytime by selecting Diagnostics > Change log level > Reset log level.
