Managing folder redirection policies

Changing the policy

To change a folder redirection policy, select … then Change policy from the shortcut menu adjacent to its name on the Mapping groups page. Select the desired policy from the Folder redirection policies page and then Apply.

Editing a policy

To edit a folder redirection policy, select … then Edit policy from the shortcut menu adjacent to its name on the Mapping groups page or … then Edit from the shortcut menu adjacent to its name on the Folder redirection policies page. In either case, the Edit folder redirection policy page will appear. From this page, you can edit the policy’s settings as desired. Select Update policy to confirm your changes.

Duplicating a policy

To duplicate a folder redirection policy, select … then Duplicate from the shortcut menu adjacent to its name on the Folder redirection policies page. All you need to do is enter a new policy name and use the same settings. Of course, you can also customize these settings if you so desire. The policy will be added to the list of folder redirection policies without being assigned to a mapping.

Deleting a policy

To delete a folder redirection policy, select … then Delete from the shortcut menu adjacent to its name on the Folder redirection policies page. Confirm by selecting Are you sure?
